Description

This RFP is an invitation by the Calgary Public Library to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Vertical Transportation Equipment Maintenance at the Central Library location, as further described in this RFP.
The scope of this RFP is to provide labour, materials, products, equipment and services necessary for the full maintenance of the following equipment:
• A group of three machine-room-less gearless traction Otis GEN2 passenger elevators, designated 4 - 6.
• Two simplex machine-room-less gearless traction Otis GEN2 passenger elevators, designated 3 & 7.
• A group of two machine-room-less gearless traction Otis GEN2 service elevators, designated 1 & 2.
